  • Step-2: Project Schedule and Project definition:

Deriving project schedule and assigning the milestones to respective team. Conceptual design of the project created in this stage. Evaluation and selection of the appropriate project option which leads in project definition development.

 

  • Step-3: System Design & Material Procurement:

Development of an engineering specification based on project definition leads to procurement of right quantity material.

 

  • Step-4: System building/Assembly and testing:

Component assembly and system building; this follows with rigorous testing and simulation of package; which ensures optimum system performance to desired manner.

 

  • Step-5: Installation and commissioning:

Installation of the system in line with the detail design package and commissioning of the system to the agreed performance standards. Finally hand over constructed / commissioned project to the customer

 

  • Step-6: Project completion:

Project completion is with final as built documentation and learning/training (optional) certification.
