Installation & Commisioning

Installation & Commissioning:

A smooth on-site installation and commissioning is both a function of the construction of an appropriate plan coupled with a strong a communication structure and effective team leaders to coordinate activities and personnel.

 

Installation:

The installation plan and procedures define all the required activities, schedule and personnel involved to minimize interruptions. The plan is coordinated with appropriate personnel to assure that all persons in each section affected by the installation are aware of implementation efforts.

 

Validation / Loop Check:

Once a system installation is completed, testing follows to assure that the entire system is functioning to the requirements as specified. All communications between all pertinent systems is tested and data validated based on the defined specification.

 

Site Acceptance Test:

Site Acceptance Test (SAT) is implemented after Installation and Communication/Data Validation is complete. The SAT plan and procedures define all the required activities, schedule and acceptance criteria along with the personnel involved in the tests.
